Use the seriousness or be a serious people. 

The real maturity of man lies in the seriousness that children put in the game.
We learn to live life and not take it too seriously, but seriously.
Work seriously, but not taking the complaints that are made to us in a personal way.
If you take yourself, you are angry and you will lose our advantage.
If you take them personally, you put you against them.
Instead, make sure you draw close to people and to life using the seriousness and commitment to accept all situations and work to ensure that you are happy with what you do and how you live.
