Reflections on goodness

Reflections on goodness
Today I want to offer some reflections and thoughts on the goodness, which I found really interesting.

I think your wisdom only when it comes from the heart, and your goodness only when it comes from reason.
Arthur Schnitzler, The book of sayings and reflections 1927

Goodness is the only investment that never fails.
Henry David Thoreau, Walden, 1854

What seasoning is necessary for all the goodness! The best virtues without goodness is worthless, with the worst vices redeem it.
Lev Tolstoy, Journals, 1847-1910

There can be no goodness, kindness, goodness, but there is no courtesy.
Voldben Amadeus (Amadeus Rotondi), Thoughts for a peaceful life, 2008
